Shipping & Return Policies

I try to ship out all items as soon as possible, so that you can enjoy your art piece right away!  Please allow 1-4 days to process your order, package it, and get it ready for shipping.  You will be notified via email on the status of your order, and you will receive the tracking information for it as soon as the label has been created.

The shipping rates vary based on the item being shipped and where they are headed.  Each item being shipped contains its own shipping rates for that reason.  However, if you have any concerns about the cost or timing of a particular order, please reach out to me right away so we can ensure the best shipping methods for you!

I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  That being said, I can only issue a refund on non-customized items within 7 days of the purchase.  Because of the nature of these items, I can not accept returns for custom or personalized orders.  If you need to make a return for any reason, please contact me for the instructions.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you purchased an item by mistake, and need to cancel an order, please contact me immediately via email as I process all orders within 1-4 days.  Failure to notify me may result in your item being packaged and shipped to you.

This is always a concern when shipping something precious. My goal is to ensure the contents of your package are securely wrapped and protected while in transit. While we all hope the package handlers aren't playing football with your package, things can happen.  Original art is not replaceable, but prints are.  Please contact me immediately and send photos of your damaged package (including the box it came in) and we can discuss your options.

Fortunately for you, my "type A" personality forces me to double and triple check my work.  However, especially for custom pieces, it is imperative that you do the same.  Slowly examine the proof to ensure you are happy with the results to avoid a costly replacement.
